The answer depends on the wattage rating of the motor you are using. At 11.1V and 1300mAh, a 20C battery would be good to 288 watts (20 x 11.1 x 1.3). A 25C battery would be good to 360 watts. If your motor draws 288 watts or less, there is no advantage to a 25C battery.

A 25C battery can supply all of its power in 1/25 of an hour or more (2-1/2 minutes). A 20C battery can supply all of its power in 1/20 of an hour or more (3 minutes).
