I have a mustang that I recently purchased and it has a 87 302 truck block in it, I'm pretty sure it has the mustang heads and intake on it, but the firing order is still for the truck. What do I need to do to change the firing order the the h.o. I tried repining the fuel injectors but it is still missing on the 3 and 4 cylinders

I don't believe re-arranging the injector wires was necessary as the speed-density injection system fires 4 injectors at once; regardless of crank position, and the engines run fine even though the piston/injector firing aren't optimized. Your sequential fire Mustang computer should be closer to optimum pulsing time than the S-Density system. Is it possible you have bad injectors on those cylinders? My '92 LX had a bad injector in the #1 cylinder when I bought it. Be forewarned truck injectors are 14lbs/hr..... Mustang injectors are 19lb/hr.
