How To Train Your Stomach Muscles Fast

Looking to get a six pack?  Let me tell you there’s no magic potion and it’s going to take dedication It took me some time before I realised that I there was a better way

What I needed was a different approach from all this gym boredom I realised a much better way and followed you'll save time Simply don't bother with long cardio sessions Forget about running on the treadmill hour after hour like a hamster

{For best results do a variable intensity training that moves you out of breath and makes your heart beat faster} Compare marathon runners against fast sprinters Fast runners have incredible bodies and fantastic stomach muscles yet marathon runners are usually very thin

Here are three of my favourite speed workouts that have helped me get and keep my six pack

Sprint running, in a park or on the track Start with a 20 metre sprint then rest to catch your breath and then run the next sprint and then rest again  Build up your sprints by 20 metre increments and build up to 100 metres  Begin slow at first with 4-5 sprints per session and try to build up up to 20 sprints

Floor exercises at home  Do a high intensity session for 15-30 minutes doing squats, and burpees with short breaks in-between each and then going again  These are perfect when you are pushed for time but still would like to train

Playing any type of activity that has a start stop or burst of intense activity broken up with short easier periods gives your body a fantastic workout These would include playing sports like squash,  hockey, or basketball {If you implement sports like these in your fitness training you will go a long way to not being bored}

What does "hard-packed parking lot" mean?

It means it's not paved, but your car won't sink into the soil.

Repo Men (National Review Online)

If you're making money on the Wall Street scale -- which is nothing like your
boring, middle-management in the Fortune 500, Hamptons-and-Mercedes,
barely-a-1 percenter type money -- then you can buy basically anything. When
real-estate investor Robert Rosania put part of his storied champagne
collection up for sale in 2008, the auction was predicted to fetch $5 million
-- couch-cushion change to Rosania, who had not yet reached his 40th birthday,
making him a good deal younger than many of the vintages in his cellar. (Known
in the wine world as Big Boy, he brandishes a special saber designed for
decapitating head-clutchingly expensive bottles of champagne. Bespoke vintage-
champagne cutlery: _That's_ how you know you're rich.) Not far from Zuccotti
Park, where Occupy Wall Street was fragrantly encamped, I noticed a young man
wandering into a store to buy a pack of cigarettes on a bright Saturday
morning, wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt, and a $237,000 Vacheron-Constantin
watch. In a world of $600,000 cars (consult your local Maybach dealer) and
$4,300-a-night whores (consult Eliot Spitzer), it's no big deal to buy a
president, which is precisely what Wall Street did in 2008 when, led by
investment ...
